North Sun Ultra Course Info

Course Description

Our course starts and ends at Emily Murphy Park from there you head east working your way first through the Old Timers Trails, Lower Ewok and flowing over Caddy Shack and Andres trail, all the way to Capilano Park. It's there where you will get your first chance to access an aid station, before heading into the trails of Goldbar. Moonraker, Gold Digger and Hustler all await you before you make your return back to Emily Murphy via Upper Ewok and West Coast Trail.

With another aid station at Emily Murphy you then continue West, going around Hawrelak Park, up. Rich Kids Trail, before heading down Machete, along Raven and following the river trails all the way to Flat Pete. Then heading back via the infamous Selkirk Knights.

With your legs nice and trashed by now all you need to do is run the 8km back to Emily Murphy  where your finish line awaits.

For the North Sun Lite runners you will start and finish at the same place ( Emily Murphy) as the 50km runners, but your day ends after you return from the adventurous Eastern Trails.
